In April Banana Pi participated in the 2014 Elementary and Secondary School
STEAM Forum and the second Scratch Teaching and Observation Activity held in
Changzhou, China. Banana Pi gave a demonstration of its open source hardware
projects which attracted the general interest of the audience.
The Elementary and Secondary School STEAM Forum is launched by
teachers, parents, education groups, schools and related youth science and
technology related businesses who are determined to improve young people's
capability for technological innovation. The forum is open to any education
participant with the hope that all the people involved will help each other and
achieve mutual development. STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering,
art and mathematics.
